Who we are. Selfquake is run by Alex Dogliotti. Contact: support@selfquake.com.

What we collect. Your first name, email, job title, years of experience, industry, company size, age band, how you split your week, approximate country (from your connection), which link brought you to the site (for example a newsletter link), and what you say in your conversation with Grace, converted to text, with how long each answer took.

Why. To run your conversation and create your report. If you tick the box to add your answers to my research ("Help me map the Selfquake"), also to understand how AI is changing working lives: I keep a copy of your answers without your name, email or job title, including from conversations you don't finish. If you join the newsletter, to send you one email a week.

Who processes it. Anthropic (AI conversation and report), OpenAI (speech to text; it doesn't keep the recording, and neither do we), Vercel (hosting and anonymous counts of page visits), our database provider, and our email provider. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it. Your conversation, report and profile are kept for 12 months, then deleted. A conversation you don't finish, or one Grace ends early for your safety, is deleted after 30 days. If you tick the research box, a copy of your answers without your name, email or job title is kept for up to 3 years. If you join the newsletter, we keep your name and email until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing support@selfquake.com.

Grace for Dubai Future Week. If you talk to Grace through our Dubai Future Week page, the same notice applies, with three differences. We ask where you live and whether you're working right now, and we don't ask how you split your week, your years of experience or the size of your company. If you tick "Help me understand how people are living through AI at work", we keep a copy of your answers without your name, email or job title for up to 3 years, and we may read it to understand how AI is changing working lives. We never quote you in a way that could identify you. This page is not linked to our newsletter: we won't add you to it or email you anything except your report.
